

Step 2: Search and Install the Comment Attachment Plugin and activate it.

Step 4: Scroll down to ‘Comment Attachment‘ section to configure the plugin settings.
Here you can choose Maximum file size and how to display those attachments on your website

Step 5: This section You can select which file type you want to allow. By default, it allows users to upload images in JPG, GIF, & PNG formats.

You can also enable support for PDF, Doc files, and audio video file types.
Finally Click on the save changes button to store your settings.
Now you can visit your website and see the ‘Upload attachment’ field in WordPress comment form. Try to uploading files to see how they appear in the comments.
